$10.00 extra per month for Cable Hook-Up. Internet also available.

Weekly and Monthly Rates include electricity, water and sewer only.

*Super Saver Rate does not include utilities. 180 Days minimum stay required.

**All Holidays are $50.00 per night.

Additional Information

The first night's deposit is required at the time of booking; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, you must give up to 2 weeks notice to your stay.
